What is Alluzience?
Alluzience is the first ready-to-use liquid botulinum toxin type A available in Europe. It is a prescription-only product, which temporarily reduces the appearance of moderate to severe glabellar lines (vertical lines between the eyebrows). Clostridium botulinum toxin type A is the active ingredient in Alluzience, and it is frequently used to smooth facial lines and wrinkles, including glabellar lines. All other approved botulinum toxin type A products are available in powder form only, so Alluzience will provide more precision, safety, and accuracy with doses. Doses and time between treatment depend on the patient’s response, and the severity of facial lines. Follow-up treatment procedures should not be before 3 months.
