As we approach the busiest time of the year, we are releasing our Christmas opening times, so that you can place your orders in time for Christmas. Read on to find out more.
Christmas Opening Times:
Wednesday 21st December – Last day to order products to receive it before Christmas. Please be aware in some areas DPD are experiencing extreme service disruption. You can find the postcodes affected here. If your postcode is affected, we strongly advise that you place your order by the 19th of December if you want to receive it before Christmas.
Thursday 22nd – We are open for customer services and queries only – Please be aware no orders will go out on today, so if you place any orders they will be sent out on the 28th December.
Friday 23rd December to Tuesday 27th December – We are closed for the Christmas period.
Wednesday 28th December – We are back open today for orders.
Thursday 29th December – Last day to order products. Please be aware, if delivery is not made on the 30th of December, the order will not be redelivered until Tuesday 3rd January 2023.
Friday 30th December – We are open for customer services and queries ONLY – No orders will go out on this day.
Saturday 31st December to Monday 2nd January – We are closed.
Tuesday 3rd January 2023 – We are back open from today.
Please be aware, due to mail strikes, extra demand and courier delays at this busy time of year, next day delivery is not certain. We recommend that you take out Parcel Protection, too. This is an extra £7, but it will insure your product in the hands of the courier, in case it is delayed, lost or damaged.
