Next Working Day Delivery – All orders placed before 3pm Monday – Thursday will be sent the same day for Next Day via DPD (To be delivered any time between 7am – 7pm) – Excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays

Next Working Day Delivery 10.30 – All orders placed before 3pm Monday – Thursday will be sent the same day for Next Day 10.30 via DPD (To be delivered between 7am – 10.30am) – Excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays

Next Working Day Delivery 12.00 – All orders placed before 3pm Monday – Thursday will be sent the same day for Next Day 12.00 via DPD (To be delivered between 7am – 12pm) Excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays

All orders placed on Thursday after 3pm will be sent Next Day via DPD (To be delivered Monday between 7am – 7pm) Unless Saturday or Sunday Delivery has been selected. If the item is a fridge line it will not be sent out until Monday, for delivery on Tuesday, unless Saturday or Sunday delivery has been selected.

Saturday Delivery – All orders placed before 3pm Friday will be sent the same day on Saturday via DPD (To be delivered Saturday between 7am – 7pm)

Saturday Delivery 10.30 – All orders placed before 3pm Friday will be sent the same day on Saturday 10.30am via DPD (To be delivered Saturday between 7am – 10.30am)

Saturday Delivery 12.00 – All orders placed before 3pm Friday will be sent the same day for Saturday 12.00 via DPD (To be delivered Saturday between 7am – 12.00)

Although we do try our best to ensure all parcels are delivered on time, occasionally there may be delays with the courier which is out of our hands, especially at the busier times of the year.

PLEASE NOTE – Due to the nature of our products, Refine Group does not recommend leaving in a safe place or with a neighbour. If a safe place or a neighbour is selected, Refine Group will not be liable for any missing/damaged items. Refine Group will not be responsible for any changes made by the customer to the courier.

Parcel Protection:

We offer Parcel Protection on all parcels for an additional fee of £7. This covers your order when in the hands of the courier. If you purchase Parcel Protection and your item is damaged, lost or delayed, Refine Group will send out a replacement as quickly as possible.

If you choose not to take out Parcel Protection, the customer will need to open an investigation with DPD. This can be a lengthy process, sometimes taking several weeks, with no guarantee of the full refund from DPD. DPD will only insure your parcel up to the value of £100, if Parcel Protection isn’t chosen. This is DPDs policy, and the refund will come from DPD, not Refine Pharma.

We highly recommend that customers purchase this additional cover, as we will immediately send out a replacement if the parcel is lost and parcel protection is chosen.

Please note the customer is responsible for their delivery, therefore we do advise being in on the day of delivery, if delivery is missed this is the customer’s responsibility. DPD will attempt to deliver three times, and if they have still not been able to deliver, it will be returned to Refine Pharma. If this happens, we will automatically refund you the cost. If you still require the items, you will need to order again.

Please be aware, if delivery is missed, the courier may deliver to the nearest DPD collection point.

If delivery isn’t completed, Refine Group will not be responsible for any fridge lines.

PLEASE NOTE: During busier times of the year, we cannot always ensure that the courier will deliver your parcel during the chosen time slot. This is out of our hands and control, though we will always try our best to ensure that your parcel is sent out and received on time.
