How to Achieve Glowing Skin This Winter

It can be tricky maintaining glowing skin this winter amidst the harsh weather conditions. However, with the right skincare routine and treatments, you can keep your skin looking radiant and feeling health even during these freezing months. Here are some tips that can be effective in maintaining a glow during the winter:

1. Drink plenty of water

It’s vital that you drink plenty of water in the winter to maintain your core body temperature and keep the body warm during the colder months. It also works by hydrating the skin, preventing it from drying out which can be a common problem during the winter. Drinking enough water balances your body’s pH levels, this causes less breakouts and irritations on the skin. 4) Apply SPF

If your skin is damaged from the sun, it can cause dry, dehydrated and dull appearing skin. To prevent this, incorporate an SPF with minimum factor of 30. If it is sunnier on days you are planning to leave the house, you should reapply SPF every few hours.
